Delivery: The vast majority of our UK orders are despatched using the UK Mail. International orders are also sent air mail by Royal Mail International post. Please allow 7 working days for delivery within the UK and up to 21+ working days for International orders since delivery times do vary widely from country to country.
Returns/Refunds: We will accept returns and give refunds for all items notified to us by email within 14 days of receipt. The items should be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging and MUST be returned using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service otherwise any claims will be rejected.
Overseas customers MUST Contact Us by email before returning any item.
