SPEC-R Ford Focus RS Mk2 Intercooler and Full Alloy Hard Pipe Kit, this kit includes the following: 63mm diameter Turbo to Intercooler pipe & 70mm intercooler to Plenum Chamber pipe, Roose/SPEC-R silicone hoses, stainless steel ZEBRA Hose Clamps and all fixings for installation.

SPEC-R Pipework is manufactured from lightweight alloy & mandrel bends of the highest quality and where rubber or silicon (Roose/Spec-R) hoses are connected, all pipework comes with Swaged/Rolled ends! SPEC-R Turbo-Intercooler Hard Pipe Kits come with Welded-on M6 Bosses for the use of P-Clips to locate & offset Oil Hoses & Thermostat to minimize Heat Transfer.

All Spec-R intercoolers for the Focus come with Oil Cooler Mounting Blocks welded on top of intercooler, which mounts Spec-R's oil cooler locating the cooler behind the top grill. When customers purchase our oil cooler kit they are also Supplied with x2 alloy spacers which mount to these blocks keeping the oil cooler in direct airflow and off the intercooler minimizing heat transfer! Spec-R were the first to use this method instead of mounting oil cooler in front of intercooler causing bad airflow and unnecessary hot air through the front of the intercooler which in turn affects performance! SPEC-R Intercoolers are the ONLY intercooler on the market with bolted-on Detachable Air Ducts! If for any unforeseen reason you or anyone else happens to damage your front bumper and these air ducts! We designed these in mind that to minimize cost and damage to cooler hopefully all you have to replace is these air ducts. Where as we believe with other coolers on the market these ducts are welded-on air, so should there be a mishap in this area there is the job of cutting the old ducts off and welding new items on, which wouldn’t go down well especially after they have been painted, powder coated etc and then the cost of recoating! SPEC-R.

 Also as a note to make, fitting Spec-R intercooler Keeps the OEM radiator and ALL other makes of radiators upright! As Spec-R intercooler mounts to underside of radiator cradle and NOT BETWEEN cradle & chassis which would tilt radiator off centre and at an angle!  Please state on order, with or without symposer take off.
