DPC 600R FOCUS RS/ST TURBO KIT

A custom kit designed by Demon Performance Centre to fit the MK2 RS / ST properly.

This kit was developed on Andrew Mohr’s Focus RS MK2 & later was fitted to our DPC development Mk2 Focus RS.

I set out to develop a kit that actually fitted a car out of the factory, after fitting many other kits I thought I could do a better job and I think I proved my point.

The kit itself does take a bit of mechanical experience to fit and really shouldn’t be attempted if you don’t know what you’re doing..!!

The manifold bolts up nice and easy then bolt the turbo up slacken the compressor housing and the turbine then align the core with the custom made oil return pipe and tighten then align the compressor housing with your boost pipe making sure you have clearance on the driveshaft carrier bracket.

A braided oil feed pipe is supplied which is easy to fit..!! A bit of advice fitting this install pipe to block before fitting the turbo it can be a pain after but can be done.

The water cooling to the turbo the original pipes can be used with a little tweak but we include some coolant hose & banjo fittings if rerouting is necessary.

I didn’t run a water oil cooler on our vehicle so the water pipes to it were not needed so were removed this give plenty of room, Andy’s car pipes were still there and made it very tight.

The kit comes with Turbosmart Actuator & Turbosmart DV and a selection of heat protection for hoses etc.

Power figures you should except with this kit 500 to 600 BHP Mapping & Hardware dependant..!!

Please note the hot side turbo hose is not included due to different hard pipe kits available on the market and please note you’ll need a hard pipe kit to get the best out of this kit.

I was very impressed with this kit on our development Mk2 FRS A massive improvement over the previous turbo kit on the car S200 I ran Sitech Racing’s stg 1 cams which provided a much lower boost response.
